Another chippy in Hillsborough on the tram route. I went in one tea time and ordered haddock and chips.
It was nice enough but not thrilling.
The chips, although New Potatoes were nice and crispy but somewhat lacking in flavour. Maybe some more salt and vinegar was required to counteract the taste of grease. The skinless haddock was cooked to order but again seemed to lack flavour. Maybe they should leave the skin on.
