It’s hard to miss this place. A huge chippy painted in mustard and green opposite the bus station.
There were some fish in the hot box and the batter looked good. Mini special for me with curry sauce.
I was told I was welcome to eat in at one of the tables inside but declined and ate outside on a nearby bench.
The fish was nice, with a decent batter for a mini piece. The curry sauce was standard chippy type but it was good and thick. The chips were nowt to write home about but I was hungry and I ate the lot.
