Fish at Tony's. The Fish at Tony's is cooked to perfection. We know because we went there.
The shop stands on Nottingham Road, about a mile out of Derby city centre; a short trip on the i4 bus. Quite handily there is a bus stop only a few yards away.

We popped in one early afternoon and ordered haddock and chips.
The skinless fish was cooked to order in a golden crisp batter. The sweet moist flakes were of exceptional quality, cooked to perfection.

The chips were very nice, cooked with flecks of potato skin on for a slightly rustic look. There are a few bar stools near a side window where we sat and yummed this feast whilst admiring the window design.
