When the Chip Fiends visited Brighton we had to seek out Bankers.
Yes, this takeaway and restaurant used to be a bank.
The restaurant here looks very smart and inviting but we wanted to eat on the sea front.
The batter was very very crispy, just how we like it. The fish fell apart in flakes. So fresh and tasty.
We also enjoyed the chips, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.
Bankers is definitely worth the short walk along the sea front for a satisfying meal.
