I haven’t been to a chip shop for three months. We’ve had one or two deliveries since December but you and I know that isn’t the same as walking into a chip shop, smelling the food frying, and walking out with a piping hot tray of fish and chips.
Next week we make our first tentative steps to some shops nearby. We’ve got the salt and vinegar ready.
