“Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten” boasts the front of the takeaway menu. Well, I for one won’t forget Oceans in a hurry, although I’d like to.
I lifted the soggy batter to reveal the tiniest morsel of fish. It was one of those establishments where the salt and vinegar is kept behind the counter, so there was no chance I could enhance this stodgy muck.
The mini fish special at £3.80. There’s not a lot I can say here. More food went in the bin rather than my stomach.
