The woman seemed unfazed as she single handedly served dozens of people in Fishers. It was around 1pm on a Saturday lunchtime and fish was being cooked to order.
Very good it was too, served in a branded box. Fishers has a restaurant but I decided upon a takeaway of cod and chips.
The cod had a very light and crisp batter and the chips were the crisp outside, fluffy inside type.
