The Chip Fiends have visited Norwich Market on a couple occasions before and posted reviews of Ron's chip stall and the Mushy Pea stall.
Although we've bought chips from Lucy's before, the time had come to make a record of our latest visit.
Lucy's stall is very popular in Norwich. It serves simple, no-nonsense, good value fare. Although fried fish isn't served here, you can have sausages with your chips, or toppings such as cheese, gravy, or curry sauce.
We went for a medium portion of chips for £1.40.
The chips were pale and dainty, and we sat and enjoyed them on the platform overlooking the colourful canopies of the market stalls. There were dozens of other people doing the same...
