We freeze them. Yep, we bung them in a Tupperware type container and stick them in the freezer to cook another day.
We can't stand seeing good chippy chips go to waste. The thicker the chip, the better. Just cook them as you would any other shop bought frozen oven chips. We like them with fried eggs.
